Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Qhiam purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Exchange policy:

  1. Refund : Qhiam will only allow for refund under cases of wrong or defected item(s). However, we will exchange for the same item that is subject to stock availability.
  2. Refund in Store Credit : Should the item to exchange is out of stock, a refund in STORE CREDIT form will be given due to our inability to fulfil in order.
  3. No Cash Refund : No cash refunds will be issued. We offer store credit or exchanges only.
  4. Qhiam retains the right to refuse any exchange, return or fraud once payment has been confirmed.

Please note that items condition stated in this list is non-exchangeable and non-refundable items:

  • Item received / purchased more than 7 days.
  • Used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions.
  • Products without its original tagging. 
  • Product not sold by Qhiam Clothing Sdn Bhd.
  • Product damaged by buyer.
  • Free gift and samples
  • Discounted Items (Including As-is sale)
  • Due to hygiene reasons, worn and washed products are not returnable or exchangeable once the product packaging box or sealed is opened.

Return and Exchange Process.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure it meets the eligibility criteria below. Once confirmed, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +6011-23007093. (Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
    Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including any clear plastic packaging, suit bags, or hangers provided.

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notes:

If you are exchanging due to change of mind in terms of size or color, postage fees will be borne by the customer. (Applies to normal price item only)

  • The exchange item must be of the same price as the original.
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the postage fees and guide you through the exchange process.
  • pickup rider will be arranged after you receive your exchange parcel.
  • If you need to make changes to the pickup details, please inform our customer service.
