Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Qhiam purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Exchange policy:

1) Refund : Qhiam will only allow for refund under cases of wrong or defected item(s). We will exchange for the same item that is subject to stock availability

2) Refund in Store Credit : Should the item to exchange is out of stock, a refund in STORE CREDIT form will be given due to our inability to fulfil in order

3) No Cash Refund : No cash refunds will be issued. We offer store credit or exchanges only

4) Qhiam retains the right to refuse any exchange / fraud

5)Non-exchangable Items 

- Item received / purchased more than 7 days
- Used or unsealed product, except certain stated conditions
- Product not sold by Qhiam Clothing Sdn Bhd
- Product damaged by buyer
- Free gift and samples
- Discounted Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, worn and washed products are not returnable or exchangable once the product packaging box or sealed is opened
